For this project, my group and I wanted to create a board game about whatever drug we had. The drug we ended up choosing was antidepressants. At first we really didn't know what to do, but I had a sudden spark of creativity and we came up with a card game called "Pick Your Poison." What we did was we created 6 main cards showing the chemical of an antidepressant drug and the chemical structure. We also got facts for the cards. Then we created 5 sets of playing cards. Each card had a matching chemical structure to 1 of the 6 main cards. The goal of the game was to memorize the chemical structure of the 6 different drugs, and put down the corresponding playing card before the other players did. The player with the most points in the end won. My contribution for this project was finding two drugs and writing facts about them. Then one of my partner's and I created the 6 main cards and the 30 playing cards.

I really liked creating the game, but the exhibition probably could have been a bit better. Now this is not saying that it was bad, but it wasn't amazingly planned. Most of the time, my group was just sitting at our table talking because no one was playing our game. Overall we had about 5 groups come by and play. Then after the exhibition, everyone was really confused about where to go and tensions were high. It could have gone a bit better, but I liked it in the end. I think my favorite part was finding out how to create the card game and make it unique. My group and I ended up having a really nice product and I'm proud of what we created.
